(OTCBB:VPGI), uniView Technologies Corp. and Summit Software signed an agreement to jointly set up the RFID Global Applications Research and Development Center in Chengdu, China. Each party will be responsible for working collectively on the business development in the RFID area in China's domestic market. RFID technologies will be provided by uniView Technologies with products and solutions from the United States. Summit Software will assist uniView in the business development in the RFID area in the U.S. market.

Chengdu Summit Software Co.,Ltd. focuses on software research and on the technical frontline of software developing. Over 90 percent of personnel are programmers and software engineers. Most are certified in Microsoft, SUN and IBM certification programs.
